To use CheckList, you must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
You agree not to violate laws, infringe others' intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt to hack the service, harass others, scrape data, or reverse engineer the service.
You own your content. By using the service, you grant us a license to store and transmit your content to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content. You're responsible for your content—keep backups using the export feature.
Our intellectual property. The service design, code, and branding belong to CheckList. Don't copy, modify, or use our trademarks without permission.
This is a software service. It may be unstable, features may change, data may need to be reset, and there may be downtime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or your content.
Third-party services. We use third-party services for data sync and authentication. Their terms apply to your use of those services.
Termination. You may delete your account anytime. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use means acceptance.
General. These terms are governed by US law. These terms are the entire agreement. Invalid provisions don't affect the rest. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver.
